Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email worthyhatco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions. Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank/credit card may need additional time to post). If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
